a lot of work, new chain, air filter, points, condensor, coil, ignition cylinder,brake shoes, seat. rebuilt the carb, airbox, refurished the wheels, un-bent the handle bars, new grips and slide, welded up the exhaust, cleaned up just about every other part on it. it was worth it though starts first kick, runs great, already put 35 miles on it just this past weekend!

Beauty! Is that a brand new seat or did you end up reupholstering that seat pan? That looks fantastic!!!!

whole new seat the pan crumbled apart in my hands, i was thinking about getting one of those plad covered ones, sweet but expensive.

polished the handle bar clamps and the flywheel cover, came out like a mirror, i will post some pics.
